How often should I use FORTEX?
You should use FORTEX regularly for best results. The personal trainer programs are designed for 16 sessions and it is recommended that you do 4 sessions per week.
Will it give female users huge muscles?
Not if you don't want them! You can choose between muscle strengthening which will build muscle mass or muscle toning for definition.
Which 5 pieces of gym equipment does FORTEX replace?

Can I share my FORTEX unit with my partner?
Yes, you can but only one of the advanced programs can be used at any one time, so your partner will only be able to choose between the Freestyle & Circuit Trainer programs.
What causes resistance in the unit?
The resistance to push or pull in FORTEX is simply due to air pressure created within the device. FORTEX is precisely engineered to develop a controlled air pressure as you exercise. The harder you push, the higher the pressure, therefore the harder the workout.
Can people with different strength levels use the same unit?
Yes, the unit allows for a range of abilities, as the resistance is equal to the force that you apply, i.e. it matches your effort.
Because only one side moves, does this mean I am only exercising one arm at a time?
No, the FORTEX unit exercises both arms at the once. It provides a resistance 'between' your arms in a free-floating manner (i.e. not connected to a floor standing frame) and so the same resistance is experienced at each arm.
How long does a typical workout take?
Just a few minutes! On average, a workout takes between 6 and 11 minutes per day.
If I start a program and have to leave it halfway through, can I restart it again?
Yes. Simply hold in the 'Select' button for a few seconds and zero will appear. You can then begin your program again.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you. However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US DOLLARS) in advance, and charge $20.00 (US) for shipping and handling.

For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $20.00 (US). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs $25.00 (US).
